CHIP Eligibility

The following students may be eligible to participate in the LVHN Bridging the Gaps Community Health Internship Program:

• Dental, Medical, Pharmacy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Public Health students who  have completed their first year in the Graduate Program

• Nursing students who have completed at least one clinical semester

• Physician Assistant majors
